WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 - 2 business days (longer for personalized or engraved jewelry; approx. 3-5 days). Please note that this time may be longer during periods of high demand (e.g. Christmas and other holidays).

Most orders leave our production warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive an email notification of both processing and shipment WITH a tracking number. Nearly all of our items ship from the United States, so within the United States please allow for 3-5 business days for shipping. Please note that orders placed from Canada will typically require additional shipping time.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed, they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Dimunz.com cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes to be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Dimunz.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes or additional tariffs.

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

We ship most items by UPS, so most orders should be received within 7-10 business days, except international deliveries which vary by country. 

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most of our items are shipped from our primary warehouse and production facility, which is located in St. Petersburg, Florida.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Multiple item purchases will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We are only able to ship to the United States and Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED?

Even after we stop our advertisements, some of those posts are still shared and liked by our viewers. We cannot stop this since it's the way most online social media works. 

 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

The “suggested retail prices” come from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
